Very helpful with drawing on screenshots, cropping, blurring, and other options. I liked that in this extension there are many possibilities.

Stopped working

It has been several days now that this extension no longer works. When you do a capture, nothing happens for 10 seconds or so; then the new tab opens but there's no image; it's just a white background. I'm running Windows 10 and Chrome Version 133.0.6943.142 (Official Build) (64-bit), and Version 4.2.7 of your app. Please fix. I'll change my review stars when it's back to normal. UPDATE: 3/19/25 - Apparently the tool works in Microsoft Edge. I haven't had time to test in other browsers but it STILL DOESN'T WORK in Chrome. Chrome is the only browser that really matters. Developer update maybe? Please?

EDIT: Update - March 14, Version 4.2.8 is available and IT WORKS GREAT!!! 5 Stars or ALL STARS !!!! Thank you, Serg! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Serg, version 4.2.7 here, it worked fine until a few days ago, maybe March 7th. Now, it takes too long to capture a selected area (which I use a lot) and then the new page opens and where the capture should appear, it now looks white. Hope you can fix this soon, thanks! Chrome Version 134.0.6998.36 (Official Build) (64-bit) EDIT: March, 11 : Updated Chrome to 134.0.6998.89 and it's still not working, Thanks! EDIT: March, 12 : I am on another machibe using version 4.2.6 works great with n 133.0.6943.142

I'm looking for a screenshot app that offers select and scroll, beyond the visible part that is. Apparently not this one.

Simple and works as expected

Works better than any of the other screen recorders that have broken my heart by not rendering videos I'll never have access to again like CapCut or just wouldn't give me my video unless I upgraded. The files are very large and I'm accumulating them pretty quickly so I guess that's why they have the video converter but a lot of my files are over the 500mb limit. After editing, I'm sure they won't be that big and it is nice they have you recordings it stored it online. Definitely 5 stars for a free extension.

I was excited to use the tool. But I can't seem to get it to capture the audio of the google meeting. Would love to know if there's a solution. Have checked the permissions on chrome to ensure they are turned on.

I have used it for months and now, it just don't let me record my video. It just allows me to screenshot as if it is saying me to do it. Months before, I used it really good.

n1, it is working for other websites but not for the desired ones(they may have taken some precaution for that)

I selected and installed this extension today to be able to get a screenshot of an entire scrolling webpage (www.foodservicerewards.com). I tried both the "Entire Page" and "Download Entire Page" options. In both cases, the extension seemed to be tripped up by the large image in the background at the top of the page. It would only capture the header and that entire image (including the portions not cropped out by the overall page design) and the small portion of copy that is superimposed over that image. Everything else on the page was missed. I'll have to try another extension.

audio not recording while take screen recording of desktop though giving audio permission.

it stopped working today however reinstalling it seems to do the trick, though it kinda sucks that i lost over 2 hours of recording time
